Placing an order

If you are placing an order with us for the first time, welcome on board.

It’s really easy!

All you need to do is click on ‘create account’, enter your email address, activate your password and you will be away. Then, to order a product simply click on the ‘add to cart’ button and enter the quantity. This will add the items to your shopping cart.

When you have finished shopping click on ‘checkout’.

You can pay for your order using a debit or credit card with no surcharges. We accept all major debit & credit cards or via PAYPAL!
If you are paying by debit card or credit card we operate a deferred payment system. Security is important. All card payments are processed using JCC & PayPal – a trusted merchant that take care of all our card transactions using a state of the art encrypted system to protect your personal and card details. We do not keep card details on our system or servers.



We offer a same day dispatch providing your order is completed before 12 noon. Carrier service we use, GAP AKIS Express so please state your local depo for your collection or full address if you want delivered to your home/work ect.

Please provided us with an email address and/or telephone/mobile number when you register to our website, then we will send you an email or text message with your consignment number. If item is not collected and returned back to Kokko Sweets. You will incur extra charges. If you have any special delivery requirements, please email us on the order confirmation email. Please do not forget.

Cancellation Policy

Any order can be cancelled within a time limit of 30 minutes. Handling charges may apply on cancellations.

Refund Policy

Please notify Sweetpro LTD Customer Service at info@kokkosweets.com or +357 97865255 of damaged products WITHIN THE FIRST 1 HOURS of receipt. Timely receipt of this information is necessary for Sweetpro LTD to file a damage claim. Damaged merchandise will only be exchanged for the exact same product. Once product has been open you are unable to claim for a refund or exchange.
